Investor interest in selected proptech innovations worldwide 2020-2023
Proptech investors were most interested in architecture, engineering, and construction in 2023. According to the survey results, approximately 31 percent of respondents said that architecture, engineering, and construction were the most interesting areas of proptech innovation. Meanwhile, approximately eight percent chose finance and investment and 17 percent chose smart buildings. In 2023, founder and investor confidence in the proptech sector slightly picked up, after taking at hit in 2022.
