The prime yield for office real estate in the UK increased across all regional markets in 2024. In January 2024, the prime yield in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, and Manchester stood at seven percent. A year ago, the prime yield was under six percent. Yields also increased in London, despite remaining notably lower.
