Number of concerts in Italy 2021, by type
In 2021, most concerts in Italy were classical concerts. Indeed, 11 thousand live events of classical music were organized as of the survey period. That was approximately four times more the number of jazz music concerts that took place in Italy in the selected year. The numbers have to be seen in the context of the coronavirus pandemic during which nearly no concerts were being hosted.
