Oil refinery capacity in China 1970-2023

China's oil refinery capacity amounted to nearly 18.5 million barrels per day in 2023, up from some 17.3 million barrels daily in the previous year. Between 1970 and 2023, the oil refinery capacity in the East Asian country has increased by around 18 million barrels of oil per day, peaking in the latter year.
