Get in touch with us nowIn 2023, wholesale sales of soccer balls in the United States amounted to more than 174 million U.S. dollars. U.S. wholesale sales of protective soccer gear reached a total of approximately 40 million dollars that year.
In 2022, soccer team uniform wholesale sales in the United States came to a total of 172 million U.S. dollars. This is a significant increase compared to 2020, a year in which many industries had been affected heavily by COVID-19. Over the past decade wholesale sales figures for soccer uniforms had been growing with each consecutive year and in 2019, the total figure had reached over 150 million U.S. dollars.
While American football and baseball are some of the country’s most popular sports, many people in the United States also took an interest in soccer: as of 2022, about a third of Americans considered themselves fans of Major League Soccer, which is a professional men’s soccer league for the United States and Canada. In contrast, however, only about 20 percent of Americans took an interest in NWSL (National Women’s Soccer League) in 2021.
