Among the categories of fashion purchases, second-hand clothing was bought online the most by shoppers in the United States. A September 2023 survey revealed that 43 percent of U.S. online shoppers made second-hand clothing purchases online in the last 12 months. 29 percent bought second-hand shoes, while 26 percent bought second-hand accessories.
