According to the survey conducted in May 2023 on the reasons for using car sharing services in South Korea, the biggest reason, with roughly 79 percent of responses, is related to traveling and driving. Following this, around 31 percent of the survey respondents answered that they used a car-sharing service for commuting to work and school. Respondents who used this service to practice driving also recorded approximately 10 percent.
