Podcast listening frequency in the U.S. in 2024. by age

According to a study from 2022 on the frequency of podcast listening in the U.S., younger generations seem to be more interested in podcasts. When asked about their podcast consumption, 45 percent of the respondents aged 18 to 34 listened to podcasts once a week or more often. Only 27 percent of respondents said they never listened to podcasts. At the same time, 51 percent of respondents aged 55 or older have never listened to a podcast.
