According to the survey conducted in the United States between October and November 2022, nearly 50 percent of executives considered inflation a factor hampering customer loyalty over the past two years. Disruptions in the supply chain and talent shortage were seen as elements negatively affecting customer loyalty by 44 and 39 percent of respondents, respectively.
