According to a survey conducted in the United Kingdom in 2024, around 17 percent of Facebook users followed the BBC, whilst 13 percent said they followed other traditional news providers such as the Guardian. Overall, ITV was followed by eight percent of users in the UK, and around six percent of Facebook users followed Channel 4.
