According to a survey conducted among physicians in the United States in 2021, 40 percent of respondents reported that better audio and video technology would improve telehealth appointments. Furthermore, just over a third of physicians felt the ability to integrate telehealth and electronic medical records (EMRs) would improve the virtual appointments.
