Electricity bill savings was the main driver for the installation of residential photovoltaic systems in Spain, according to a survey conducted on February 2022. This reason was mentioned by more than two thirds of the Spaniards surveyed. The environmental aspect was another strong motive for the installation of PV systems at home according the respondents of the survey.
