Valuable features of loyalty programs according to consumers in the U.S. 2022
Six out of 10 consumers in the United States wanted discounts in return for joining loyalty programs, according to a survey conducted between October and November 2022. The featured ranked as the most desirable, followed by earning points and rewards, cited by 58 percent of respondents. Around one-third of U.S. consumers also found exclusive or early access to products valuable.
