Solar PV capacity forecast in Brazil 2021-2031
The installed centralized solar photovoltaic energy capacity in Brazil is forecast to more than double in the next decade, surpassing 10 gigawatts by 2031. In 2021, the centralized capacity stood at 4.4 gigawatts. When also including the distributed capacity, Brazil's installed solar PV capacity amounted to roughly 13.5 gigawatts in 2021.
