This data illustrate the distribution of package shipments in Germany in 2009 and 2019, by sales segment. In 2009, eight percent of all package shipments in Germany were in the C2C area (from one private individual to another). In 2019, this decreased to five percent. In fact the highest share of package shipments that year went to B2C (business to private individual).
