In 2022, the customer lifetime value (LTV) across the beauty and personal care vertical worldwide had grown considerably, according to a study conducted among a sample of merchants specializing in subscription commerce. Compared to the previous year, the average annual revenue beauty and personal care merchants around the world earned per subscriber had increased by some 25 percent. At minus seven percent, the LTV of home goods companies had actually decreased in comparison to 2021.
