Excise rate on tobacco has been growing steadily in all EAEU countries over the observed period. Russia accounted for the highest excise levels on this commodity, exceeding three thousand Russian rubles per kilogram tobacco in the last year under consideration. With 202 Russian rubles of excise tax on kilogram tobacco in 2019, Armenia accounted for the lowest rates among EAEU members.
