Opinion of healthcare professionals on the impact of Brexit in the UK 2019, by age
As a consequence of the 2019 United Kingdom general election, the UK will leave the European Union on the 31st January 2020. The impact of Brexit could have repercussions in many different sectors in the UK. A 2019 survey in the UK found that the majority of healthcare professionals under the age of 55 years feel that Brexit will have a negative impact on the National Health Service, with very few believing that Brexit will be positive for the NHS.
