For more than one quarter of surveyed employers in Russia in 2019, the presence of an online certificate or diploma in a job candidate's CV would improve their chances of getting hired. When asked about which types of courses HR representatives found most reliable, the majority chose the ones provided by companies working in particular industry fields.
