Nicotine-free vaping products are much less common than e-cigarettes containing nicotine in Italy. As a matter of fact, a survey conducted in 2023 among e-cigarette users , revealed that 54.4 percent of them smoked only nicotine e-cigarettes. Conversely, the interviewees using exclusively nicotine-free vaping products accounted for 36 percent of the total sample.
