Pre-board screening service level at Canadian airports 2013-2021
In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021, the pre-board screening service level at checkpoints at Canadian airports stood at 98.2 percent. This is an increase from 94 percent in the previous fiscal year. The service level is measured as the percentage of passengers who waited less than 15 minutes to be screened at Canada's eight busiest airports.
