The different Statista accounts differ in terms of which content can be accessed and which functions are available.
The Starter Account is Statista’s cost-efficient starter account. It gives you instant access to the database of over 1 million facts along with detailed references. Statistics can conveniently be downloaded in different formats via the download function.

If you do not have a Basic Account yet, you can follow these simple steps and purchase a Starter Account directly:
1 - Visit the overview page for Starter Accounts
Click on the Prices & Access tab in the upper menu and select "Starter Accounts". On the overview page, you can find the information about the advantages of the Starter account and purchase it.

2 - Complete the form with your contact details
Complete the form and click Continue to billing address. It is important that you check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions and choose a secure password. Our security check will help you.

3 - Provide your billing address

You can also check the summary of your order on the right side of the page as well as the details of the Starter account subscription.
4 - Add your payment details
On the last step, please enter your payment details. Do not forget to enter your cards expiration date and the CVV security code, which can be found on the back of the credit card.

5 - Enter a voucher code if you have one
If you have a voucher code, please click on the “Coupon code?” link and enter it into the corresponding field. After you click Apply, the code will be automatically checked whether it is valid.

6 - Submit your order
Click Purchase now to submit your order. You will receive an email sent to the address you have specified in confirmation of your order.
