Collectible, adorable and highly sought-after spice jars and matching wooden display rack from The Lenox Spice Village collection from 1989. Each jar is made of fine porcelain, handcrafted in Taiwan. They are all marked on the bottom in golden font and some of the jars even have their original sticker on the bottom as well (see photo with bottoms displayed). The inside of each lid is marked with the type of spice! The lids also have a rubber stopper so that they sit nicely on the jar and keep it airtight. It has a fully removable drawer on the bottom (see last listing photo) and four levels of shelves to display 6 spice jars on each. There are two metal triangular loops on the back so you can hang this shelf up on the wall. Note that the second level is not tall enough to fit the tall/narrow jars like Ginger and Marjoram, for example, so this style of jar needs to go on either the top shelf, third shelf, or bottom shelf. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Measurements: Each spice jar is approximately 2.5-3 inches tall. OVERALL JAR CONDITION: Vintage, Excellent These fantastic collectible spice jars are in such fabulous condition as the original owner mostly used them for display purposes. Each jar has VERY minor discolouration and/or flea bites, if any. All lids have a rubber stopper/seal. I have individually inspected each jar for flaws beyond flea bites and have documented specific notes below, if applicable: BASIL - original rubber stopper is missing and was replaced with a comparable one; slightly thicker than the original so the roof rests a bit higher than normal (see photos) CELERY - teeny tiny chip (basically a flea bite) on top right-side edge which is hidden by the roof MARJORAM - teeny tiny chip (basically a flea bite) on front bottom edge, and very small chip inside lid BAY - teeny tiny chip (basically a flea bite) on bottom right-side edge MUSTARD - teeny tiny chip (basically a flea bite) on back top-right corner which is hidden by the roof OREGANO - two teeny tiny chips (basically flea bites) on the bottom left-side edge PARSLEY - one 14 mm chip on the back underside of the lid where the word 'PARSLEY' is written, so part of the word is not present (see photo of insides of lids); partially visible from the back on the edge when the lid is on ROSEMARY - slight discolouration mark inside the lid's rim which may come out with some elbow grease SAGE - teeny tiny chip (basically a flea bite) on the bottom back-right corner TARRAGON - one 4 mm chip on the bottom right-side edge THYME - two teeny tiny chips (basically flea bites) on the top left-side edge which is hidden by the roof Please see photos and video, and zoom in for the best description of the condition of these spice jars.
