Steak skewer appetizers

Probably one of my favorite kebabs, these Rosemary Garlic Steak Kebabs are loaded with flavor, perfectly cooked, and a hit with the entire family! Tender and juicy steak, marinated tomatoes, and seasoned potatoes, grilled to absolute perfection, what is not to love!?

The skewers can be assembled an hour before broiling. Instead of wooden skewers, you can use sturdy rosemary branches, stripped of their leaves except for the tips. Select branches that are about 4 inches long.</p>

We don't mean to start any beef (do you see what we did there?), but it's high time room was made on the grill for vegetarian-friendly fare.

Grilled steak skewers are one of my favorite ways to feed a crowd. They are charred and crispy on the outside, and and tender on the inside. To keep everyone happy, I serve them with a dipping sauce trio of chimichurri, minty yogurt, and sundried tomato pesto.
