Khadija Siddiqui on Instagram: "Start saving these recipes for Ramadan ❤  Dumplings - Garlic Yogurt - Chilli Oil | Ramadan Recipes (Recipe - 4)   Ingredients and step:  For Filling:  3 tbsp oil Half kg minced meat of your choice  (Beef - mutton - Lamb - Chicken) Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste  Stir fry on high heat for 10 minutes.  Add 1 chopped onion  Half cup chopped coriander/cilantro  1 tsp salt  1 tsp coriander powder  1 tsp cumin powder  1 tsp paprika  1 tsp turmeric powder  Stir fry for 7-8 minutes. You will need wonton wrappers, some water and the filling to make the dumplings. Make whatever shape of dumplings you like. Once the dumplings are ready, Heat up 2 tbsp oil in a pan, fry the dumplings for 2 minutes. Add half cup water. Cover and let these steam for 10 minutes.
