THE *CREAMIEST* HUMMUS EVER 🤤 without any oil or tahini 🤌🏼 

The secret ingredient is COTTAGE CHEESE 🤭 trust me on this - it works so well! Makes it incredibly creamy and also higher in protein! it’s also made with just 5 ingredients and is super easy to make! And you know i’m a sucker for cottage cheese recipes 😂 

Hummus is always a great healthy snack - with veggies, crackers, on a sandwich, as a pasta sauce, you name it 🤌🏼

RECIPE:
- 1 tin Chickpeas
- 200g Cottage Cheese
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1-2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. That’s it.

Bring the chickpeas to a boil & then turn to a low simmer for about an hour or fork tender! 

Add whatever you like to it, but the base recipe is so good I don’t think it needs much else. 

I think this proves cottage cheese is the number one most versatile ingredient in the kitchen.
