698K views · 3.8K reactions | HEALTHY BREAKFAST CUPS! 🍓🫐Ingredients* 1 ripe banana, medium size* 100g oat (1 1/4 is cup)* 2 big tablespoons of smooth peanut butter (or the nut/seed butter you like)* Greek yogurt* Fruit of choice* Coconut oil for greasingMethod1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C, and grease your muffin pan with melted coconut oil.2. Mash the banana in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until combined.3. Add two heaping tablespoons of the oat mixture to each muffin hole. Using your fingers to press the oats into the bottom and sides of the spaces, creating cups.4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the cups cool completely then fill with yogurt and your favorite toppings.5. 🥔1 large potato
🥦Half head broccoli 
🥚1 egg 
✨1 tbsp sr flour 
🧀Handful of cheese 

📝Combine all ingredients and then cook in lightly greased pan for a few minutes on each side. 

✅These are so good for batch cooking. Use lower sodium cheese for under 1s. I have some examples in my BLw Tips highlight.
