1. This Order may be cited as the Competition Act 1998 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2000.
2. 1st March 2000 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the provisions of the Competition Act 1998 listed in the first column of the Schedule to this Order for the purposes set out in the second column.
