8. In section 80(4) of the Contributions and Benefits Act (earnings limits in respect of child dependency increases)—
(a)for the sum of £135 in both places where it occurs there shall be substituted the sum of £140; and
(b)for the sum of £17 there shall be substituted the sum of £18.
