15. There shall be added as—
(a)[F1paragraph 50] of Schedule 4 to the Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations 1991 M1 (capital to be disregarded);
(b)[F2paragraph 51] of Schedule 3 to the Family Credit (General) Regulations 1987 M2;
(c)[F3[F4paragraph 52] of Schedule 5 to the Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992 M3 (capital to be disregarded); and]
(d)[F3[F5paragraph 52] of Schedule 5 to the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987 M4 (capital to be disregarded),]
the following paragraph—
“The amount of any child maintenance bonus payable by way of a jobseeker’s allowance or income support in accordance with section 10 of the Child Support Act 1995 M5, or a corresponding payment under Article 4 of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 M6, but only for a period of 52 weeks from the date of receipt.”.
