2. In the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2002(1) article 2(h) and (k) (appointed day for coming into force of paragraphs 67 to 72 of Schedule 12 and section 84(1) so far as relating to those paragraphs) shall be omitted.
