California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Personal information shared with targeted advertising platforms and opting out
The personal information we “share” may include online identifiers such as IP addresses and device identifiers for services such as online advertising. The sharing of these identifiers makes it possible for us to analyze and advertise to you via platforms such as Facebook and Google. Said platforms may use this data to provide advertising and related services to others as well. Sharing this information with these service providers may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law, but we do not receive money in return.

Verification process

Virginia Privacy Notice
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA):
