Detail : | John Lennon's official "bootleg" release, collecting together many tracks already known to collectors. Credited to John Lennon
It was in 1988 that Yoko first promised us a retrospective of John's solo career, and 10 years later this box set was the result.
The box is a big solid affair, housing what first looks like five C.D.'s, but the fifth is an excellent 60 page book. A condensed version of this Box Set called Wonsaponatime was released one day after the full set.
"I hope you enjoy this box. This is the John that I knew, not the John that you knew through the press, the records and the films.
For a cross-reference index of this set combined with The Complete Lost Lennon Tapes 22 c.d. set, see

"Sometimes you wonder,
I mean really wonder.
I know we make our own reality
and we always have a choice.
but how much is
pre-ordained?"
