Registering as a resident

When you move permanently to Kokkola, you must register as a resident of the municipality. You can register by personally visiting the Kokkola unit of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency:

The service points are mainly open by appointment, so book an appointment in advance on the Digital and Population Data Services Agency website or by calling the national customer service number.
