Bill Phillips(XIV)

Bill Phillips is perhaps best known as Reverend Jenkins, Frank (Kevin Spacey) and Claire Underwood's (Robin Wright) hometown minister, a recurring role on the Netflix series House of Cards. He can be seen as H.L. Mencken in the Amazon Prime series Z: The Beginning of Everything, and in NBC's Shades of Blue (opposite Jennifer Lopez). He plays Mr Pike in the Keola Racela comedy-horror film Porno the Movie (Amazon Prime). IndieWire called it, "Pure pulpy cinephile fun, the breakout of the SXSW Film Festival!" Bill is a character actor at home on stage and screen and comfortable in both dramatic and comedic roles. When he's not acting Bill enjoys collecting vintage typewriters, beekeeping, and traveling with his wife. They recently returned from their seventh humanitarian trip to Bosnia where they've led groups rebuilding homes in the post-war country. Bill was most recently seen on the New York stage in the Off Broadway premiere of the acclaimed Michael McKeever play, After, at 59E59!
