Howdy ya'll.....yep, you guessed it, I'm Texas through and through.. I have just started to compile my family history in the past 2 years. It is an addictive hobby and such a thought provoking one! I often stop and wonder when looking at the names of early ancestors and wonder if they ever stopped to think if they would be remembered, if anyone would care about them 100, 200, years from now. I wish I could send my thoughts back in time to them, letting them know that someone still cares. Well any way I live in Gregg County Texas. I was born and raised in Lubbock, and moved here when I was 14. My family originated from the East Texas areas of Lamar and Wise Counties.
