Bio
I have been around death my entire life. My dad is a retired mortician/funeral director. I found myself interested in grief therapy and helping families who experienced the pain of losing a loved one. During high school and my first year of college I worked for a cemetery - ironically the same cemetery that I would later bury my infant daughter at.
I am a mommy of twins. My son walks by me each day and my daughter soars with me everyday. My daughter passed away from a suspected rare mitochondrial disorder.
My mission is to give support to other grieving mommies and most importantly to do good things in memory of my daughter who I know would have grown up to do things for others. It is my belief that she protects her twin brother everyday. Each Find a Grave memorial that I have sponsored has touched my heart. I have also done it in honor of my dad who lives and suffers with Multiple Sclerosis.
If you find it in your heart to do a Random Act of Kindness in memory of Kayla please do so and let the person know it was in memory of a very special angel who will forever be missed and loved. Thank you!
**Big thanks to my great friend Tinabean who sponsored Kayla's find a grave site**
