Neko Parham

Neko got his start in television, working under the direction of Charles S. Dutton in the HBO multi Emmy-winning series, The Corner, playing the stand-out-role of Stanley Dinky Johnson. Since then he has been most recognized as Detective Troy Wiggins in the HBO series, The Wire as well as recurring roles on NBC's Kingpin and CBS's The District.

Guest appearances include: Law & Order; Law & Order: S.V.U; Without a Trace; The Shield; 24 and NYPD Blue.In 2006 Neko starred opposite Robin Givens and James Avery in the NAACP award winning, Restraining Order. Shortly afterwards he starred in the controversial Death Of a President (Toronto Film Festival), in which he portrayed psychologically disturbed Iraqi war veteran, Casey Clayborn. Other films include the thriller, Julia, starring Academy Award-winner, Tilda Swinton and the Spike Lee produced hip-hop thriller, You're Nobody Till Somebody Kills You.
