Cash is trying to live an honest and quiet life taking care of his niece Savannah in their rural Appalachian town. When he finds out that his brother, Savannah’s well-meaning but negligent father, is indebted to the sadistic kingpin Big Cat, Cash must revisit a past he tried to bury. Forced back into her services, Cash is tasked with doing a series of risky, violent jobs for Big Cat or risk losing the only family he has left. It soon becomes clear he will never satisfy Big Cat’s demands, and he decides to take matters into his own hands. For me, a totally watchable action B-movie with a likable Orlando Bloom and a great Andie MacDowell, who was excellent as the mafia godmother. It's suspenseful, there is some torture, and the action is only average, but serviceable enough. Entertaining, not offensive. 6/10. ()
