The thrill has been gone for centuries between Count Geza and Countess Elsa. Burdened with eternal life, the vampire couple seeks the help of a noteworthy psychoanalyst of the moment named Sigmund Freud. Hearing that the Countess incessantly complains about not being able to look at herself in a mirror, Freud introduces them to a young painter, Viktor, who paints portraits that express more than a mirror ever could. The Count, however, takes an instant shine to Viktor's girlfriend Lucy. Director David Ruhm puts some pep in the step of the vampire genre in this hilarious blood-sucking comedy. In the end, I didn’t even have time to decide whether I liked it or not, because once I started to think about it, the film was over, and I was watching the end credits. So obviously, three stars… ()
