Baking Spirits Bright

Mira Varma is totally devoted to her family’s business, Varma Fruitcakes; but what was once “America’s most-gifted holiday confection,” is now considered to be a #gaggift, and the company may have to shut its doors. Mira’s parents decide to hire a big, fancy marketing company to put a hot new spin on their fruitcake, and they get Brady Phillips, an ad expert, who promises to re-brand their fruitcakes into a seasonal must-have. Mira insists that Brady learn her holiday traditions and her sentiments around the fruitcake, and eventually, Brady’s retro-hip ad campaign combines the best of both worlds. When the two declare their feelings for each other, they share the first of many kisses surrounded by a fairyland of twinkling holiday lights. (Nicely Entertainment)
