Madame X

The wife of a wealthy diplomat carries on an affair with a playboy. When her lover is accidentally killed, to avoid scandal for her husband, she flees the country. She turns to prostitution, kills a slimy crook, and is defended in court by her son, who doesn't know it's his mother. (Verleiher-Text)
