Anxious to make it home for Christmas, a college girl (Emily Blunt) finds a classmate (Ashton Holmes) willing to make room for her in his car. When the two become stranded in a snowbank after an accident, their claustrophobic predicament leads first to heated conflict, and then to icy chills, as it becomes apparent that ghosts may be haunting the wilderness where they are trapped. Ice boredom. From beginning to end, almost nothing happens there. Throughout the runtime, the film takes place essentially in the dark. The plot and screenplay are very unfinished and stupid, the atmosphere is zero, the point is ambiguous. It is worth mentioning the beginning, which at least tried to build a horror atmosphere, but unfortunately, it didn't work out, not even the actors could save it. ()
The first hour of the story moves at the speed of a snail, only to be followed by a climax that doesn’t explain much. A waste of time, only useful to people who want to fall asleep quickly. ()
