The Opposite of Sex

At 16, Dedee Truitt runs away from her troubled home to live with her half-brother Bill, a gay teacher in a small Indiana town. Left independently wealthy after the death of his lover, he is trying to resurrect his life with a new boyfriend, Matt. An unusual love triangle is created when Dedee seduces Matt, and later reveals she's carrying his baby. Grand larceny, interstate flight and a sexual harassment scandal attract Sheriff Carl Tippett, who meanwhile is falling for Lucia, Bill's best friend and ex's sister.
