English Season 1 This series had a pleasant ability to capture attention right at the end of the first episode, and I believe it quickly found its audience. Although it's more of a hit-or-miss, I still consider The Exorcist to be an average horror series worth mentioning and paying attention to. The characters are fortunately very likable, although there are occasionally some slightly silly moments, for example, when the scene of the church members' meeting came up, my attention dropped a bit, but that's just part of miniseries that need padding before revealing the whole ending to us. We also got a few twists, which were somewhat predictable but served their purpose. I can't give it more than three decent stars because I think there could have been a bit more squeezed out of it. I understand that it's surely difficult in this genre, so I will save some stars for the second season and eagerly look forward to it. Season 2 is great in that it starts off strong. Additionally, we have a new, very refreshing lineup because the characters are diverse and have interesting relationships. The very first episode is truly an example of how to grab attention, and we even get the legendary exorcist theme at the end. Thumbs up for that. Then the series starts off quite well. We also get a few unpleasant scenes. The second season is also more memorable in that it has a few attractive side storylines that are easily resolved and contribute to the uninterrupted viewing of the main storyline. I must also acknowledge as a positive that it moves away from the boring church-related scenes and gradually disappears completely, which I think is great because in the first season, I saw these scenes more as a negative factor. It still had its gaps; it could have been a bit more entertaining. It's simply not the type of series where I would eagerly anticipate each episode, but overall, I consider the second season to be about half a notch better than the first one. ()
