Steven Seagal isn't just hard to kill, he's hard to sue.

Court records show that a $1 million sexual harassment suit filed against him by a former personal assistant—who claimed the actor got way too personal—has been dismissed.

Kayden Nguyen alleged in her complaint that Seagal had hired her  to work for him at his home in New Orleans while he filmed the A&E show Steven Seagal Lawman; then, once she flew out there from Los Angeles, on multiple occasions he grabbed her breasts and other body parts and made comments such as, "I live with my wife, but she wouldn't care if you were my lover."

No reason was given for the dismissal, which was granted Tuesday, so it's unclear whether Nguyen dropped the case or the two sides settled. Seagal had denied any wrongdoing, calling the lawsuit "ridiculous and absurd" and in violation of the confidentiality agreement he makes his employees sign.
