Web Application for Multi‐Drug Resistance

In specific contract No 14 issued under the framework agreement OC/EFSA/AMU/2019/02, EFSA requested Open Analytics to implement an updated version of the web application for multi‐drug resistance (MDR) analysis. The MDR application that is hosted in the R4EU website is updated based on the changes introduced in the catalogs and provides direct access to data hosted in the Scientific Data Warehouse in Azure through MicroStrategy rest API (using for this the R library Mstrio) that can be accessed and queried in the WEB application, as well as the possibility to upload user specific file. The application implements a set of analysis conceived to be relevant in the context of multi drug resistance. For each analysis, the user can download a Word report with the same output as displayed in the web application. Moreover, the web application allows to save all user settings and upload it at a later point to continue or repeat analysis.
