How you can join us

Who are we looking for?

Minimum requirements

Minimum requirements are expressed simply as requirements in the vacancy notice.

If you do not meet all such requirements listed in the vacancy notice, your application will be rejected.

Equivalence of degrees

If you don’t have the qualification stated in the vacancy notice, you can still apply if you have another qualification plus a certain amount of relevant work experience, or an equivalent degree according to the degree equivalences, as described below.

Salary band Qualification Equivalence with relevant work experience*
*Relevant work experience is cumulative. For instance, vocational training plus eight years of relevant work experience is equivalent to a Master’s degree.
A to E Vocational education 4 years of relevant experience
E/F Bachelor Vocational education plus 4 years of relevant experience
F/G to M Master Bachelor plus 4 years of relevant experience
F/G to M PhD Master plus 4 years of relevant experience and publication record

Additional criteria

To further reduce the number of candidates on the shortlist, the selection committee may consider additional criteria. These are typically described as assets or advantages in the list of requirements.
