Amazing building and rooms with very comfortable bed very quiet. Marvellous and brilliant location close to Deansgate amongst the shops and bars, and the bar / Restaurant especially Michael, and brilliant service. Also, easy access to a 19th - century bridge.

The hotel was ideally located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. It was also relatively close to the stadium, which was perfect for sports enthusiasts like me. The restaurant where I left a voicemail to make a reservation was just a short walk away. On arrival, everything seemed perfectly organized, and we were warmly welcomed by the doorman called Bob.

The karaoke options at the hotel were limited, which was a bit disappointing for someone like me who loves karaoke.

The value for money at the hotel was exceptional, considering the quality of the room and its amenities. The location was perfect, only a short distance away from Old Trafford Stadium. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and made our stay memorable.

The hotel breakfast could have been improved by offering a greater variety of options.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good parking facilities and a short walk to the city center. Lovely bar and restaurant with attentive staff. Great for special occasions with thoughtful birthday surprises. a reliable choice for a night in the city.

The refrigerator required a specific technique to close, as did other rooms. The quilt was thin and the breakfast was lukewarm. The bar area lacked seating and had a reserved but unused table. Despite disappointments, the staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

Celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here. The hotel staff were all amazing and service exceptional. We had a lovely lunch on the terrace on our first day overlooking the River. We ate out in the evening at MCR restaurant which was also great. The rooms are a little bit tired in places but are a great size with comfy beds and high end toiletries. We returned later in the evening and had turn down service which is a lovely touch. We decided to order breakfast in our room the following morning and what can I say it was absolutely fantastic! We have been to many high quality hotels but the breakfast here was the best we have ever had. We wanted for nothing. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our anniversary so special. We can't wait to come again.

This venue is centrally located in the city center and is conveniently situated near a main road and various attractions.

Clean and iconic place with lovely staff, we had an absolutely gorgeous and fantastic room for a wonderful stay on 15 February.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely luxurious. the exclusive amenities provided were exceptional and surpassed my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of my stay, offering a range of beauty treatments and massages at the hands of the skilled masseuse. In addition, the restaurant offered delectable meals to delight my taste buds and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding with a drink. the location of the venue was also convenient.

Although my stay was fantastic, one minor issue I noticed was that the treatment room was not as clean as I had expected it to be. Despite this, the masseuse gave an excellent full body massage which made up for the minor flaw.

The parking charges were excessive, especially considering the car park was nearly empty. It would be nice if there was a pool in the hotel for guests to enjoy.
