Shipping: Most orders are shipped within three business days of purchase. Check your spam folder if you didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email.

International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Package International, typically 2 weeks delivery time to most countries.

Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, Chile, Russia, and some other countries may experience longer delivery times, up to 12 weeks. We apologize for the slowness, but this is normal, so don’t panic.

Package tracking details may not be available for all destination countries, depending on the relationship between the US Postal Service and the destination county’s postal service. The package tracking number for these shipments may display a status of “awaiting item”, show only an incomplete tracking history, or stop updating once the package enters the destination country. This is normal, don’t worry.

Taxes: For international shipments, some countries may charge import taxes and related fees. Typically the buyer must pay a tax equal to the VAT they would otherwise have paid for an equivalent local purchase in their country. These taxes and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

The customs forms are always filled out truthfully, with the actual cost of each item listed. Nobody likes import taxes, but I can’t help you avoid them by lying on the customs paperwork, so please don’t ask. If you wish to minimize taxes, consider using a reshipping service like reship.com. They will provide you with a USA shipping address, and then re-ship the package to your country, and will put whatever you tell them on the customs forms.

California residents will have 9.75 percent sales tax added to their order.
